ScaleUp Network is led by its principal consultant — an alumnus of the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School, with years of hands-on experience across the agribusiness sector: large-scale farming operations, agricultural machinery distribution, and the transactions that shape them.

Large consulting firms staff projects with rotating junior teams and bill by the hour. We do the opposite: every engagement is handled personally at principal level, scoped as a fixed project, and focused on one sector we know deeply.
